Plötzlich weniger leistung

Habe mir vor kurzem einen PC zusammengebaut und es lief auch alles einwandfrei. Gestern habe ich ETS2 mit Promods gespielt und hatte 120 fps limitiert bei ca. 75-90% GPU Auslastung. Heute habe ich dann meine RAM Riegel getauscht gegen welche die mir optisch besser gefallen. Die Riegel haben die selben Daten, außer das die neuen CL30 statt CL36 sind. PC ist normal hochgefahren, habe im BIOS noch das XMP Profil kontrolliert, alles super.
Als ich dann wieder ETS gespielt habe war ich aufeinmal nur noch bei ca. 100fps schwankend und 100% GPU Auslastung. Temperatur ist aber nicht höher als 60 Grad gegangen.

Kann mir das echt nicht erklären.

Installiere mal CPU-Z und mache einen Screenshot von der Registerkarte "Memory".

Das deutet eher auf ein CPU-Limit hin, die CPU kann offenbar die GraKa nicht schnell genug mit Daten versorgen, um sie voll auszulasten.

Das Problem ist ja dass sie jetzt voll ausgelastet ist. Hatte die FPS ja vorher auf 120 begrenzt und die GraKa war nur bei max 90%(offen wären es etwas mehr gewesen). Und jetzt aufeinmal habe ich weniger FPS bei 100% auslastung.
Suche nachher mal alle Daten zusammen und versuche einen Screenshot von CPU Z zu machen.

Okay, also der RAM läuft so wie er soll, daran kann es eigentlich nicht liegen. Ich kenne mich leider mit diesem Spiel überaupt nicht aus; welche Einstellungen hast du dnen genau verändert, bevor die fps von 120 auf 100 fps gesunken sind?

Ist das ein Single- oder Multiplayerspiel und hast du die fps mit einem Ingame-benchmark oder mit einer realen Spielszene ermittelt?

Meine Vermutung ist eher, ,dass es mit diesem besonderen Spiel zusammenhängt, denn die Google Ki sagt dazu Folgendes:
